Fertility

Very important: The dates for the treatments should be coordinated beforehand with the respective physicians. Additionally, drug costs may vary depending on the treatment to be performed.

Ovulation Induction

This involves the management of hormone-like drugs to stimulate the ovaries to produce one or more mature eggs and through ultrasound controls, the exact time of ovulation is defined. This is required for all other procedures.

  Homologous Artificial Insemination

It is the deposit of motile sperm (your partner), properly selected and deposited in the laboratory, within the female reproductive system using a simple procedure, previous to ovulation induction. This technique is recommended for couples which may have some physical problems at the level of their reproductive organs.

Donor Artificial insemination

It is the deposit of motile sperm (from a sperm bank), properly selected in the laboratory, within the female reproductive system using a simple procedure, prior to ovulation induction. This technique is recommended for couples which may some physical problems at the level of their reproductive organs.

In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

After inducing ovulation, the woman undergoes a procedure to remove mature eggs from her body to be fertilized in the laboratory with the sperm of her partner. The resulting embryo is incubated in the laboratory for several days, then transferred to the uterus to continue the pregnancy. This technique is useful, for example, when there is a blockage of the fallopian tubes.

Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

is a type of IVF where the union of gametes is assisted by injecting a sperm into each mature egg under microscopic vision. This method is proper for couples with a severe male factor and / or a history of non fertilization of eggs in a previous cycle through conventional IVF.

"New": PICSI or "ICSI Perfect"

It is a type of ICSI that improves the way of selecting the sperm to be injected into the egg, making sure it is a functional sperm of great quality, which at the same time gives an excellent fertilization rate and improves the embryo development.

Egg Donation

A woman receives donated eggs to be fertilized with her partner’s sperm. The embryos thus produced are transferred to the uterus to continue their normal development. Egg donation is useful for any woman who has lost her ovaries surgically or otherwise, having had a family disease which she does not wish to convey to her children, are in menopause or have had difficulties in conception due to ovarian factors.

Recommended time spent in the city: depending on the recommended treatment to have between 15 and 25 days.

Freezing of semen (current cycle)

A man who wants to preserve his semen can freeze it to be used for an ongoing treatment of their partner.

Freezing of semen (12 months)

A man who wants to preserve his semen can freeze it for use in a subsequent treatment of their partner.

Egg Freezing (12 months)

A woman who wants to preserve her fertility for a later age in life, has the option of freezing her eggs, using a new technique known as vitrification. Egg freezing is also helpful for women with health problems (cancer, etc.) that will be undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy, which jeopardizes their reproductive capacity.
